Miniatures for Mind is back for 2026!
Miniatures for Mind is returns for our annual fundraiser. Throughout February, HobbytimeAtHealys will be raising funds for the incredible mental health charity Mind through a month-long Twitch streaming event. Mental health is something that affects us all, and through creativity, painting, and community, we’re coming together to make a difference.
What We Are Doing:
Throughout February, HobbytimeAtHealys is hosting a special fundraising campaign for Mind. Throughout the month, every £1 donated will add an extra minute to our mega marathon stream at the end of February!
But that’s not all – when donating £10 or more, you have the option for a raffle ticket. The main prize is a Mangler Squig, painted by HobbytimeAtHealys, using a cel shaded paint style in the Mind colours. Keep an eye out for more prize announcements as the event goes on!
Painting Palooza:
Additionally, this year everyone is invited to take part in a themed painting competition! HobbytimeAtHealys regularly runs painting competitions known as a "Painting Palooza", with this one's incorporating the fundraiser.
The theme for this Palooza is Blue and White (AKA the brand colours for Mind).
To take part is simple: you can enter with any miniature no matter the range/designer/game system, and paint it incorporating the theme. Models must be painted within the time period of 26th Jan and submitted for the closing date of 11:59pm GMT on the 28th Feb. Please note: NSFW miniatures cannot be entered as all miniatures will be shown on Twitch.
To submit a miniature it can either be posted into the HobbytimeAtHealys Discord server via the relevant channel, or posted to Instagram or Bluesky tagging HobbytimeAtHealys and using the hashtag #HTHPaintingPalooza.
A shortlist will be decided on stream during the Sunday Showcase on the 1st March, with the overall winners being chosen by a public vote during the stream. 1st place will receive a £25 gift voucher for HobbytimeAtHealys.com, 2nd will receive £15 and 3rd will receive £10. There is no requirement to be present during the live stream, and winners will be contacted directly through the platform they submitted their entry.

Through their support networks, volunteers, and information services, Mind is making a real difference – and we want to help them continue their incredible work.
As the ethos for the Twitch channel community is "Stay Safe, Stay Positive & Be an Ambassador for your hobby!", a charity that helps support mental health feels like a perfect fit. Painting miniatures and being passionate about your hobby are all great, healthy ways to express yourself and channel energy. For many, painting is a calming activity that helps reduce anxiety and stress. Likewise, we fully believe in being open about our mental health, fostering discussions, and providing a safe space for those who wish to express themselves.How to Get Involved:
