1. Eligibility for Returns:

1.1. To be eligible for a return, the 3D printed miniature must be in its original condition and still sealed in the original packaging.
1.2. No miniatures can be returned if they have been altered in any way, including but not limited to painting, modification, or assembly, unless there is a fault with the product.
1.3. Returns are only accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.


2. Return Process:

2.1. If you believe you have received a faulty product or need to return an eligible item, please contact our customer support team at via the Contact Us form on our website within the specified return period.
2.2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.
2.3. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to a fault with the product.
2.4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

3. Evaluation and Refunds:

3.1. Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to verify its condition and assess whether it meets the return criteria mentioned in section 1.
3.2. If the returned item is eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3.3. Please note that it may take up to 14 Business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.


4. Exchanges:

4.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges for returned products. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined in section 2 and place a new order for the desired item separately.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

5.1. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to personalized or custom-made miniatures.

5.2. Please note, this return policy differs from the return policies regarding commission painting.
