Delays on Orders
Please be aware that there may be a delay on orders for Resin Prints at this moment in time.
The current heatwave is having an impact on the resin, which has resulted in the quality of the prints not being the usual high standard we offer. As we are not happy to send a sub-par product, we may have to ship your order a little later than expected.
As the current, consistent hot temperatures in the UK are not our usual conditions, we haven’t yet perfected the method for the best quality prints in this heat! Fortunately, the weather is set to cool down soon, so we will be able to return to printing as usual and get orders out ASAP.
Thank you for bearing with us, but if you would prefer a refund on your order instead, let me know, and I will get that sorted. Apologies again for the delay, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
